Submitting a takedown notice

Email legal@redditjail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice" and include:

• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If content of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice to the same address, including your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error, and consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

Repeat infringers

Accounts found to be repeat infringers may be suspended.
